Reverse Osmosis Systems
Reverse osmosis is the pressure driven core of most treatment trains we design, rejecting dissolved salts, heavy metals, nitrates and a wide range of organic compounds in a single pass. We analyse the feed water first, then select membrane elements, pressure vessels and pumping arrangements that match the real chemistry rather than a generic specification. Recovery and flux are balanced against scaling risk, and antiscalant dosing is configured only where the saturation indices justify it.
Every system includes permeate and concentrate instrumentation, pressure and flow transmitters, and a clean-in-place connection so membranes can be restored without dismantling the rack. Controls are arranged so that a decline in rejection shows up as a clear trend on the operator display, giving early warning long before product quality drifts out of specification. Where energy cost matters, we integrate energy recovery devices and variable speed pumping to keep the specific power demand of the train under control.
